I get really annoyed when I hear people going on about how much better it was back in the old days. I remember those days, and they sucked. That being said, you're absolutely right. Cereal prizes are one of the few things that really were cooler "back in the day". That goes for Cracker Jack prizes, too. It's been a few years since I actually bought any Cracker Jacks, but the last few times I did, the prizes were totally lame. I'm pretty sure that once upon a time, they had stuff that was actually fun. Bring back better prizes, dang it! I despise nostalgia. That being said, you’re absolutely right. Cereal prizes are one of the few things that really were cooler “back in the day”. That goes for Cracker Jack prizes, too. I remember once I got a Flintstones car that changed color in water (which sort of confused me, considering it never did that on TV, but regardless).
