Public speaking is weird but was never a problem for me. I assumed it was going to be horrible because I always hear about how horrible it is. Then whenever I had to make a speech or presentation in school I enjoyed it. Maybe I should have pursued a career as a theme park tour guide.

I think you mean the Jungle Cruise skipper? The actual tour guides at Disneyland don’t work attractions, they work guest relations.
