I believe the double ellipses and apostrophe signify that he caught himself in time, and not that the almost mentioned actually got him. It’s like stubbing your toe at work and shouting SONAVAB……*, you catch yourself just in time.

I love it when I get an email about, “send this onto 10 people or a ghost will come and kill you”… type of chain emails.. i like to reply back to the superstitious person with a new email saying “Send this to 90,000 people in the next week, or else your soul will be eaten by a demon”. I never get any more of those emails.. either I scared them off.. or.. the demons got them.

Ooh, here’s one: Always check under the toilet seat before you sit down; otherwise a spider might be in there and crawl onto your butt.

Always check the corners of your shower before you turn on the water, or spiders might jump out and surprise you.

But seriously. Spiders LOVE bathrooms. True fact.
