Monday is a chronic condition that usually enters a remission stage within 24 hours, but resurfaces in 7 days. It seems to affect most people who are in school or are employed, and risk of infection increases with age and responsibility. One can eliminate symptoms almost completely by quitting school and/or work, although such a treatment tends to produce numerous side effects, some unwanted.
The absolute worst? My job sometimes requires me to work right through the weekend and on into the next week, yet somehow Monday is still a MONDAY. I haven’t had a day off, and yet I’m still expected to deal with a @%&U*in’ Monday. WTF is up with that?

Honestly, Tuesday is the worst for me, since I am still riding on the last bits of weekend euphoric energy when Monday rolls around — just enough to get me through classes — so by Tuesday, I’ve got nothing left. By Wednesday, I get excited for the weekend, and Thursday and Friday are easy days for me with respect to classes, therefore upping my excitement even more.
I’ll just scribble out MONDAY on my calendar and scrawl SUCK or FFFFFF instead.
