#358 – Crunchy

A few times in my childhood I decided to take a chance and sample some of my mom’s cereal. “Ahh! Ugh! What?! How can anyone eat a bowl of this? I can’t even eat one spoonful!” Then I would wait 18 months or so and do it again.

I have been a big fan of Grape-Nuts since I was real little. I just had to try them after seeing my folks eat it. I liked it, and it’s been a regular part of my cereal rotation. That Raisin Brian looks tasty, though.

we only have that oversugared kellog’s crap in the shelfs.
obviously it tastes good, but it’s as sweet as concentrated honey and you could glue a car to the ceiling with it.

…no wonder I look like a keg on legs. And the younger generations are even worse off with all that sweet stuff everywhere.

Was the cereal supposed to be Raisin Brain (the thinking part of the body) or Raisin Brian (that guy that disappeared last week while walking in the woods)?

Eventually I learned I COULD eat that cereal…with loads and loads of sugar enough for a diabetic to go into shock with.

It’s probably better then that I don’t eat cereal much.

These days, I vacillate between a sweet cereal and a healthy one, and not even for breakfast, either; I most often eat cereal for my fourthmeal. XD
