I have a really hard time remembering to do things that are not internally motivated. I’ll be on my way to the kitchen and my wife will ask for something simple. “Bring me a glass of water please.” I’ll return a few minutes later and be confused by the expectant look on her face.
I was sort of the human version of those internet videos showing dogs and cats attacking their reflections. I think the different color makes my brain think it’s a different person for that split second. As if the mirror was actually a window this whole time.

I’m waiting for this to happen to me someday. I don’t want it to happen but sometimes the floss will get stuck on a particle of food and I pull extra hard to pop it out. Halfway through the pull I think “Hmm, maybe this isn’t the best idea.” and imagine the comic above.
