A destruction of wild cats…
A business of ferrets (now I imagine some ferrets in an office or something)…
A mob of emus or kangaroos…
A wisdom of wombats…
A barrel of monkeys, seriously?!
This one plays on the fact that a group of crows is called a murder, so the crow is wanted to make up quota for the group to be classified as a murder.
I actually got to use this pun about a month ago. I was telling a friend from the west about what I’ve seen since moving. After telling her I saw a murder in the front yard she kinda freaked, even more so when I said I had pics to prove it.
So I emailed the pic of all the crows in the yard. She thankfully has a good sense of humor.
Didn’t you make a comic a while back where there were two guys. One of them was like “Oh my gosh, there’s a murder here!” and then it zooms out and shows a flock of crows. Durr… maybe it was a different comic, but I swear I remember a comic like that.
… I afraid this joke went over my head *buda ching!*
But seriously I don’t get it.
Oh wait, a murder of crows nvm 😛
A “murder” is the collective noun for a group of crows, as flock is for birds in general… so I assume it’s meant to be a punny recruiment ad.
maybe he means the moviehero, but other than that… not the slightest idea.
It’s a crow, a group of crows is called a murder.
A group of crows is called a murder.
I’m surprised nobody told you yet that a group of crows is called a murder.
Should also charge the crow for body looting, whatever law it’s called.

Not to be confused with that poster of the common raven which says WANTED FOR CONSPIRACY (or WANTED FOR UNKINDNESS…?).
We just don’t know. *DING!*

Nope!
They’re harmless until they gather a group.
I like how after it accrued to me what a murder of crows was that people still told me. 😛
People are so aware.
There was a picture going around facebook of two crows sitting on a log with the caption “Attempted Murder”.
