When we first started to potty train our son he was confused. Why should I give up my freedom? Why should I have to put these Hot Wheels down and go into another room to pee? Everything is working out fine so far!

I wonder what the world would be like if we never quit using diapers….. we’d never have to worry about going into diapers again…”Honey, I’m going to change myself before we go out, where are the wipes and powder?”
I have friends who teach (well taught, they don’t anymore) for children with special needs. One of them had a kid who still wore diapers. It wasn’t because he had something wrong with him, it was just because both he and his parents were too lazy to potty train. I was told he constantly made her and the other kids sick. My friend actually wore scarfs because she had to cover her nose when near him. I can’t remember the exact grade, it was somewhere between 2nd and 4th.
