#47 – Palpitations

I remember being a kid and being fascinated when I could hear my heart beating. I would lay on my side with my ear tight to the pillow and listened to the rhythm. I would try and slow my breathing to see if I could change my heart rate. That’s the point where I would usually fall asleep.

When I drink that much coffee, I don’t hear my heart…I feel my hair. Every single one of them, poking out of my skull and itching, rubbing against the back of my neck, and every single one of them seeming to imply that a homicidal rage would be an excellent idea!
The more I concentrate on anything (like my heartbeat), the more awake I become. The more I concentrate on not concentrating on anything, the more awake I become.
He has to have that much coffee. The floating Pluto that pops up occasionally in the ad space to the right concerns him.
COFFEEWEEK!
So, when will this be available on an extra-large coffee cup?
