I wonder what these crib mobiles do to little kids brains. Does my baby dream of rotating animal butts? Maybe the animals should be facing down.
I remember being really nervous about this as a kid. Sometimes I would stab the straw all the way through the back. Sometimes I would be holding it to tightly and squirt it all over. Eventually I figured out that if I was going to drink it all in one shot I would flip it over and stab the bottom.
It’s interesting how amazing it feels when my wife makes a delicious and elaborate meal. A perfect blend of contrasting and complimentary flavors. Sometimes we don’t have time for that and she’ll just boil up some hotdogs and I think, wow these are amazing hot dogs. I hope there are more in the refrigerator for lunch tomorrow.
