#145 – Pile

Extra cheese and meat were the obvious ones. My favorite was rice and broccoli. That became a favorite of mine and when I would have pizza at a restaurant or at a friend’s house it seemed naked or incomplete.

    I have a Pizzazz pizza oven, and one of the best things is you can add extra toppings on the fly as you think of it. Since it’s just a turntable with heating elements on one side, all open and all (safer than I make it sound), you can get pretty wild, throwing things on.

    As far s I’m concerned, this is an absolute necessity where store-bought frozen pizzas are concerned. They really do tend to be pretty skimpy on the toppings.
