#288 – Reset

I’ve been amazed lately at how many problems in my life are resolved by getting the actual amount of sleep my body needs. Mostly my brain. The newest thing is my vision is noticeably worse when I don’t have enough sleep. It’s now my “you need to go to bed” early warning system.

    I first noticed blurred vision when I didn’t get enough sleep at about age 16. I noticed in school I had trouble seeing the blackboard clearly. I got my first pair of glasses at age 23, at 40 I got bifocals, then at 50 trifocals.

    Lets hope yours is just sleep deprivation – try to continue to achieve the necessary amount of rest for proper eye health lest you end up like me – old and blurry.

      Too bad that 100% of all old age cases end in death, really.

      We should work on curing that someday.
