Might be grim humor if presented in the wrong context. I’m sure it was incidental, mind.
Maybe it’s the language at fault – “oyakodon” is a bit of a morbid name for an eggs’n’chicken dish. If you can’t guess why, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oyakodon

You can also have an elaborate reenactment of Delivarence, where the ham tells the Turkey pastrami to squeal like a pig!

As a small-time origami enthusiast, I’m tempted to try it.
So does this mean you’d have to fold a hotdog into a rat? Or would that end up more balloon animal than origami?
Now I have to try to fold a Findus lasagna into a horse!
