I was only 5 at the time and I never knew any difference. I just thought it was how everybody saw things.
Glasses, or a bigger TV.
been there, fortunately a teacher in my school noticed that I was squinting alot at the chalkboard and told my parents to get me an eye exam
Yep. Me too. Got sent home with a note.
“You look good without your glasses!”
“You look good without my glasses, too.”
I finally got checked when I didn’t realize the gym teacher had written anything on the chalk board.
It looked like a blank chalk board to me.
It was only when I started using binoculars to see the chalkboard that my parents took me to the eye doctor.
That’s how my parents found out I needed glasses – I was sitting too close to the TV.
