Here’s a thought process that can easily spiral out of control. “Dang, I really want that new fancy electronic gadget but I just cant afford it right now. Well at least I have this old one that still works fine. I guess some people don’t even have electricity to charge up their outdated electronic devices like that homeless guy I hit with my car last Tuesday.”
